Please select & purchase your prefered shipping method from the postage page in my online store before checkout . This will insure you are not over charged for freight.

Thank you for your purchase, your order will be shipped within the next 24 hours. Our dispatch is open Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm, all orders after these hours will be shipped the next business day.

Express parcel up to 500gms in weight will only cost $10.95 and are delivered within 2 days to most destinations withion Australia .If you have any special requirements please let us know by email. International Buyers will be charged $25.00 for registerd mail up to 500 grams in weight and $45.00 for up to 1kg in weight, according to Australian postage charges. We will only ship registered mail to International destinations.

International buyers, please email us lashsensation@gmail.com for a quote prior to purchasing. We will, in all cases ship at the most cost effective rate for our purchasers. We do advise registered or insured post so that your order arrives safely. All sales are final. By purchasing our products you agree to our trading terms

Packing

All care will be taken to ensure that your order is well packed to prevent damage in transit, our dispatch staff double check the contents and order before shipping. Unless mail is insured or registered we can not be responsible for parcels we cannot trace. We are happy to post express mail. We use Australia Post for all items.

Refunds or exchange

We will in all cases replace any faulty item returned to us with in 7 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange items ordered incorrectly. Please notify us as soon as you realise you have made a mistake, however if the item has been shipped, you will be required to pay postage back to us and to return the item to you. We can not accept returns on open packaging due to health guidelines. We offer a money back guarantee on any unopened, unused item in as sold condition if you are not completely satisfied. We do not refund postage.
